Late & Rescheduling Policy
By booking an appointment with Duchess Nails & Spa, clients agree to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the start time. If running late, clients must notify Duchess Nails via call or text. Appointments will proceed as scheduled if 5-10 minutes late, but no designs will be accommodated. If 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a rebooking fee will apply.
Deposit Policy
All new clients will be subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the final total of your service.
If the appoinment is rescheduled with 24 hours notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment.
Deposits will not be refunded due to no shows or appointments being cancelled within the late/cancellation policy.
